MOST IMPORTANT (For Graduating Students only)

As per IST policy, every graduating student of BS/MS/PhD Programs is required to get clearance from IST within two weeks of declaration of his / her result officially. It implies submission of “No Demand Certificate (NDC)” duly cleared and signed by respective Offices / Departments of IST.

In view of the above policy, you are required to clear your NDC latest by August 20, 2025. Failure to do the same will deny the graduates securing a place in the upcoming graduation ceremony tentatively planned in the 1st week of September 2025. Moreover, the graduate will not be notified as Graduate preventing him / her from receiving transcript and degree.
